Erin would like everyone to know that there is still time to order Poinsettias for the sanctuary! Fill out the Poinsettia order form and return it with payment to the church office before this Friday.
Holy Week begins this Sunday with Palm Sunday, March 24th. Following Palm Sunday Worship we’ll be dedicating our new playground! Thursday, March 28th, we’ll be holding our annual Maundy Thurday Meal. This will be a Last Supper Meal and will include commnuion elements. Our Sanctuary will be open for quiet meditation from 1-3pm on Good Friday, March 29th. Services for the Resurrection of the Lord/Easter Sunday will include a Breakfast at 8am, Egg Hunt at 9am, and worship at 10am, on the morning of March 31st. Central Presbyterian will be hosting the third and final Stated Presbytery Meeting on October 12th and13th. In preparation we’ll be hosting a Clean the Church day on Saturday October 6th at 8am! We’ll need as many volunteers as possible to help us out to make the church look it’s best for the Presbytery Meeting. We hope to see you there!!
The New Minibus is ready and the CPC Youth group will be headed to Branson, MO this Sunday and will be gone till Tuesday afternoon. Please keep them in your prayers and we hope they enjoy their trip!! For more images of the bus click the link below.
If you have thought about making a lasting memorial to someone dear, now is a wonderful time to purchase a memorial brick with their name permanently inscribed. The cost for each brick is $65. If you would like to buy a memorial brick, order forms are located here. Complete the forms and either mail them to the church office with a check enclosed, or drop the forms off at the chruch during normal business hours.
