Holy Week Activities
Holy Week begins this Sunday with Palm Sunday, March 24th. Following Palm Sunday Worship we’ll be dedicating our new playground! Thursday, March 28th, we’ll be holding our annual Maundy Thurday Meal. This will be a Last Supper Meal and will include commnuion elements. Our Sanctuary will be open for quiet meditation from 1-3pm on Good Friday, March 29th. Services for the Resurrection of the Lord/Easter Sunday will include a Breakfast at 8am, Egg Hunt at 9am, and worship at 10am, on the morning of March 31st. Clean Up Day!
Central Presbyterian will be hosting the third and final Stated Presbytery Meeting on October 12th and13th. In preparation we’ll be hosting a Clean the Church day on Saturday October 6th at 8am! We’ll need as many volunteers as possible to help us out to make the church look it’s best for the Presbytery Meeting. We hope to see you there!!
New Minibus Ready for Trip
The New Minibus is ready and the CPC Youth group will be headed to Branson, MO this Sunday and will be gone till Tuesday afternoon. Please keep them in your prayers and we hope they enjoy their trip!! For more images of the bus click the link below.
Order Memorial Bricks
If you have thought about making a lasting memorial to someone dear, now is a wonderful time to purchase a memorial brick with their name permanently inscribed. The cost for each brick is $65. If you would like to buy a memorial brick, order forms are located here. Complete the forms and either mail them to the church office with a check enclosed, or drop the forms off at the chruch during normal business hours. Time to Fall Back!
Please don’t forget to set your clocks back one hour before bed tonight! Daylight Savings Time is ending! Also, thanks to everyone who came out this morning for our Men’s Breakfast and Work Day! The spruced up flower bed, cleaned up kitchen patio, crushed cans, and our new trees all look great! Your help is much appreciated!
