Trunk or Treat is October 26th at 5pm! We’ll have Hot Dogs, Candy, A Bounce House, and a lot more! Make sure you grab a friend, put on your costume, and head on over to Central for a great time! We’ll be collecting Canned Good’s for Neighbor to Neighbor of Pine Bluff. So help out the needy and grab some treats. We hope to see you there!

Flooding Response
Now that the waters of the Arkansas River are receding, the real work is beginning.
Many have asked how to help in the wake of the flooding that has plagued Arkansas. So we will answer the question as comprehensively, briefly, and helpfully as we can.
Recovery is a slow process.

Save The Dates!
We have several upcoming events at CPC! Saturday May 11th the ladies of the church are headed back to Keo to eat at Charlottes and do some antiquing! Contact Laura Cosner if your are interested! Sunday June 2nd is Senior Sunday! We’ll be honoring our Graduating High School Seniors, Benjimen Neal and Brynne Massey. Finally on Saturday June 15th we’ll be taking a trip to Crenshaw Springs Waterpark in White Hall. If you are interested in joining us please let the church office know! We hope to see everyone at these great events!!
Holy Week 2019
It’s Holy Week! The Palm Sunday sermon is available here. Holy Week continues with our Maundy Thursday Service at 6pm. This will be a small service with a soup/sandwich potluck meal. We will have 2 opportunities to worship on Good Friday. The first service will be at 2:30pm in the CPC Sanctuary. The Second service will be a joint service at First Presbyterian Church of Stuttgart. That service will begin at 6pm. Bus service from CPC to Stuttgart will be available. The bus will leave at 5:15pm. Our Easter Services will start at 8:30am with a Easter Breakfast. An Easter Egg hunt is happening at 9:30am. And our Easter Morning Cantata Service will take place at 11am. Please make note of this slight change from our usual Easter start times. We’ll be celebrating the 70th anniversary of the One Great Hour of Sharing offering on Easter Sunday. For information about that click HERE. We hope to see you as we celebrate this Holy Week.
Valentine Banquet
Our Annual Valentine Banquet is this Sunday following worship! The youth will be helping prepare spaghetti and sides. Donations will be accepted and will go toward funding repair projects around the church campus. We hope to see you there!
Christmas Schedule
This Sunday is our annual Christmas Cantata. In The Fullness of Time will be presented at 11am. The choir looks forward to performing this for everyone! Our Annual Christmas Eve Candle Light Service will take place at 3:30pm on Dec. 24th. It will be a lessons and Carols service. We hope you take the time during this holiday season to join us to celebrate Christ’s Birth.

JHYQ Registration Open
Junior High Youthquake Registration is now open! If you have a sixth through ninth grader who would be interested in going please contact Zac Cosner to get them registered. JHYQ is Sept. 28th-30th and this years theme is “A Place @ The Table. The trip will cost $95 per person. We have scholarships available for those in need. We’re looking forward tot this fun and spirit filled event!
Field Tripping!
The Presbyterian Women are taking a trip to Margland for brunch on Saturday, July 14th at 10am! If you are interested please sign up on the bulletin board in McElyea Hall or email the church using the contact us link!

A New Young Adult Sunday School class will be starting this Sunday! We have Sunday School classes for all ages from a Nursery Class to Adult Classes. Join Us Sunday at 9:30 am and we’ll help find a Sunday School Class for you!
