Presbyterian Women Birthday Offering


The 2013 Presbyterian Women Birthday Offering will be collected during worship on June 16th. The Birthday Offering is collected to celebrate the blessings in the lives of Presbyterian Women. The offering funds up to five projects that are not included in ongoing General Assembly mission support, such as agricultural development, child care, community organization, criminal justice, drug counseling, economic justice, elderly care, employment training, homelessness, literacy, violence and women’s concerns. Our Second Annual Holiday Wrapping Extravaganza returns this Saturday! Proceeds collected from the fundraiser will be used for our Presbyterian Women Mission projects! We’ll be in the Youth Building on Saturday, Dec. 8th and Saturday, Dec. 15th from 10am till 3pm both days! Central’s Presbyterian Women Are Headed to Klappenbach Bakery in Fordyce for lunch on Wednesday, February 9. After lunch we will visit the Fordyce Museum. All are invited to travel with us. We will leave the church that morning at 10:30 a.m. If you would like to join us, please sign the sheet on the bulletin board in McElyea Hall. In the event of winter weather we’ll post here if the trip is still a go!

We’re Going to Keo!

Central’s Presbyterian Women Invite You to join them for a trip to Keo, AR, on Friday, November 12. We will leave the church at 10:30 a.m. We will have lunch at Charlotte’s and then go antiquing.
